How to Order

  • Click on the product you’re interested in to view full details.

2. Fill the Order Form

  • Every product page has a simple form. Fill it with your:

    • Name

    • WhatsApp number

    • Product name (auto-filled)

    • Location

    • Preferred shipping method

3. Submit & Wait for Confirmation

  • Once you submit the form, we receive your request instantly.

  • You’ll get a message from us on WhatsApp shortly to confirm the order and guide you on the next step.

Payment Process

We work with trusted manufacturers and suppliers to ensure secure and direct delivery.

Two Ways to Pay:

  1. Direct Payment to the Supplier (in China)

    • We’ll share the supplier’s account details for direct payment.

    • Payment confirms your order and initiates shipping.

  2. Payment via a Local Agent (Coming Soon)

    • For added convenience, we’re working on a trusted agent system for easier local payments.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in China.

  • You can choose:

    • Express Shipping (air cargo)

    • Sea Shipping (for larger/heavier machines)

  • Estimated delivery time and cost will be shared during the order confirmation.

Refund & Return Policy

  • MyEfritin does not handle product refunds directly.

  • Refund or replacement is based on the manufacturer’s policy, which we’ll always clarify before purchase.

  • We support you with proper communication and dispute resolution where necessary.
